- 4-Stage Payment: Token (Date Lock) → 30% Advance (30–45 days prior) → 50% Post-Event Clearance (within 24–48 hours of shoot) → 20% Final Settlement (before physical album print and 4K master delivery).
- Zero Data Release Rule: No previews or raw assets are released prior to 50% clearance.
